The show was comprised of at least twenty different songs, involving Tyrolean waltzes and other dances, aplenhorns, yodelers, a harpist, brass horns, a wooden xylophone, cow bells, a zither and more. The variety was well worth it. They ended the show with a touching send-off by singing songs from the countries of origin from the audience members. The audience was friendly and eager to share in the joy and laughter. I particularly enjoyed the "Jealousy Dance".”
Ride from Innsbruck into the Nordkette, visit Alpenzoo, then go up to Hafelekar at Top of Innsbruck, with city access.
“The trip up the mountain was spectacular but the zoo was a little disappointing. We didn't have much time but we unfortunately spent a lot of time looking for the wolf, only to discover that it was no longer there. I'd recommend a) checking the main map for any 'x's - it's not 'x marks the spot', but rather 'not here'; b) making sure you have enough time to see everything; and c) consider mobility limitations before the zoo visit. The rest of the trip up the funicular and cable car were fine even for those with mobility issues.”
