“The guides were excellent. Firstly the bus tour around ring road was very well commentated. Then the guide in the palace was great. Someone reviewed saying they couldn't hear the guide.... they must have had the ear piece turned off or in their pocket. The garden is amazing. We spent a lot of time after the inside tour looking at the rest of the property including the zoo. Allow most of the day to get the most of this wonderful place.”

“The musicians/concert was excellent but too many distractions with crowd conduct. Large group of tourists wearing hats to an indoor night concert. No cameras allowed but this was not enforced. Too much group talking. People moving into more favorable seats at break time to be closer to performance, tickets where priced based closest to stage therefore caused an issue with cheaper seats trying to move into the more expensive seats.”

“The staff at the palace were very helpful & friendly. The first part of the evening was a self guided tour around the palace with an audio guide but the staff were there on hand throughout. Dinner was served at Gerstner’s inside the palace grounds - again the staff were friendly & helpful. We had a traditional Austrian meal - beef broth & dumpling, braised beef in a very delicious gravy & strudel. All excellent! Finally the highlight of the tour was the concert which started at 8:30. We went back into the palace & as we had a glass of sparkling wine included we collected this at the queueing…”
